These terms explain the status of information and enquiries provided through the BRRIKK website.
Illustrative earnings information
Calculator ranges, earnings examples and estimates shown or discussed through the website are illustrative, non-binding and not guaranteed valuations. Actual short-let earnings depend on the property, location, condition, availability, demand, seasonal pricing, platform charges, cleaning and maintenance costs, taxes and applicable legal requirements.
Enquiries do not create a contract
Submitting an estimate form, contacting BRRIKK or receiving an initial earnings discussion does not create a management, agency or co-hosting contract. It does not oblige either you or BRRIKK to proceed.
Pricing and service terms
The website describes the current offer, including a 15% commission, but final pricing, included services, cancellation arrangements, responsibilities and property-specific requirements must be confirmed in a separate written agreement before management begins.
Property and regulatory suitability
Property owners remain responsible for confirming that they have the right to offer the property as a short let.
