Information collected through the estimate form

When you request an estimate, BRRIKK collects your full name, phone number, email address, and property address or postcode. If you use the earnings calculator first, the selected bedroom count and displayed illustrative estimate are also included.

The form may also record the submission date and time, landing-page URL, referrer, campaign parameters such as UTM values, and Google click identifiers such as GCLID, GBRAID or WBRAID when they are present in the page URL.

How the information is used

The details are used to receive, review and respond to your enquiry, discuss the property and prepare an estimate. Submitting the form does not create a property-management contract.

Email delivery

BRRIKK uses Resend to deliver form enquiries by email. The information in your enquiry is processed by Resend for that delivery. Resend's own terms and privacy practices apply to its processing.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

The site stores your accept or reject choice locally so it can respect your cookie preference. Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads are loaded only when those services are configured and you select “Accept”. They are not loaded before consent. Essential enquiry and navigation functions do not require analytics consent.
